INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY THE MUNICIPAL CULTURE ZONE IN BOAT
In compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "RODO", we inform you that:

Purpose and legal basis of processing
Your personal data is processed by the Administrator in order to:
- organising artistic and entertainment events;
- the creation, dissemination and protection of culture and the stimulation of social and cultural activity;
- participation in activities, competitions and other events organised or co-organised by the MSK;
- contact on matters related to the activities of the MSK;
- conclude and perform contracts and assert any claims arising therefrom
- implementation of the newsletter service;

The controller processes your personal data on the basis of:
- the applicable legislation, in particular the Act of 25 October 1991 on the organisation and pursuit of cultural activities;
- contracts concluded;
- consent given.

Recipients of data
In relation to data processing, recipients of your personal data may be:
- public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes of the provisions of generally applicable law;
- other entities that process your personal data on the basis of relevant data processing entrustment agreements in connection with the provision of services to MSK.

Data retention period
Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfil the specified purposes to the extent required by generally applicable law.

Data that we process on the basis of your consent will be processed until you withdraw it. You can withdraw your consent by sending us an email to: promocja@msk.lodz.pl

Information on profiling
Personal data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.

Data subjects' rights
You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to data processing - whereby withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.

Information on data requirements/voluntariness
Where the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the data subject's consent, the provision of personal data by you to the Administrator is voluntary.

It is compulsory for you to provide personal data where the prerequisite for the processing of personal data is provided for by law or by a contract concluded between the parties.
