On the basis of the Statute of the City Cultural Zone in Łódź granted by the Resolution No. XLVII/1454/21 of the City Council in Łódź, the Programme Council was appointed in the following composition:

5. Hanna Jastrzębska-Gzella
6. Marek Głowacki
7. Natalia Lemann
8. Małgorzata Kubica

Council members are appointed for a period of four years and act in a voluntary capacity.
